Hannah is no Quack…

UofO Logo…but she is a duck!

Hannah recently received word that she has been awarded $19,000 in scholarships to attend the University of Oregon as a piano major.

For her audition she performed Prelude #8 in F major from Bach’s Well-Tempered Clavier; the Rachmaninov Prelude in C# minor, and George Gershwin’s Rhapsody in Blue.

Hannah has been a delightful student for the past five years.  She is also an accomplished trumpet player, and plays regularly with the Salem-Keizer symphony.  Her smile and enthusiasm will be greatly missed as she moves south to continue her studies.  Hanna is so full of music, it will be exciting to watch this next adventure unfold for her.  Go Hannah!
